Personal Communicator/ Personal Neck Loop The KTP Battery powered neck loop comprises of a small lightweight controller and a personal neck induction loop cable. The controller which can be hand held or fitted with a belt clip has its own built-in microphone, volume control and tone control which can all be easily adjusted by the user. Speech and sound is received by the microphone and is amplified to a level that is comfortable for the user. The speech and sound is converted into a magnetic field, which is transmitted by the neck loop and can be received by a hearing aid when set to the T position thereby greatly improving communication with the hard of hearing.
